Old FWC wont uninstall

On most computers it did, but on a couple the '2000' version of the
firewall client (although in the taskbar), does not show up in
add/remove programs. I was able to disable it and install the new one,
but not uninstall it. All clients are the same (XP sp2), and was logged
in as local administrator also, no difference. Is there another way to
uninstall this?
