Office 2000 SP3 and published MAPI

Installing Office 2000 SP3 seems to prevent an Outlook client from resolving
GAL names when publishing MAPI through ISA.
We were able to get a login prompt, but then the resolution error appears.
The only way we found to fix this is to uninstall Outlook completely, and
reinstall without SP3.
Anyone else seen this?
