[isalist] OWA problem after installing IIS on ISA 2004-Urgent

Dear ISA list,
Apparently, I could not access my OWA (running on Exchange2k3 Box) via ISA's
public IP after I installed the IIS on ISA 2k4 with sp3 box. On the ISA box
I configure IIS to host another local web page for my ISA report on its
private address. It displays Bad request on the browser as shown in ISA Log
file below.

It works fine with http://exhange_Local_ip_address/exchange
My ISA topology is an Edge Firewall network.
