Hi Adam; my OWA problem is solved now. Mine was not an IE problem. I just checked the property page of the ISA server, the Incoming web requests tab was not configured properly, and after that, I could type the URL: http://<dns domain name>/exchange/<mailbox> and it worked just fine. good luck, Farshad
