You probably dont remember me, but I have been having problems with OWA for about 4 months. Nothing worked. But for the past month or two it has been working extremely well so what changed. 1. You MUST install Exchange SP3 (might work with SP1 dunno, but this was the key change we made) 2. If you are using URLScan then use it on ISA NOT on the exchange server. 3. If you are using URLScan then use the template for OWA. The standard template will block attachments, some email messages, forwards and replies. 4. Configure IIS to not require web image refreshing. After first use this significanltly boosts OWA speed. My Managing Director is happy and I personally use it on a regular basis from on a crappy 26.4 dialup going through a Meridian telephone extension in the Middle East. If it works on this, it will work on almost anything. Hope this helps
