Hi Amy,

How do you know it's his and not the remote ISA / OWA server that's reprompting?
What's in the ISA logs for those requests?
If it were a chained proxy scenario (didn't sound like it), I might have 
recommended the RemoveRedundantProxyAuthorization or 
RemoveAllProxyAuthorization in
