Not a known issue that I'm aware of. Do you have any third party

Yes, I am publishing the OWA server. I can access it for the most part.
But often, I can't access it until I restart the proxy.
I was wondering if that is a known issue. And if so, I was wondering if
there's a fix for it.

I have all the Site and content rule in effect and working on my ISA
server for OWA access. However, often, I am unable to access OWA. The
only way I can get it to come back up, is to reset the proxy service. Is
this a known problem? Is there a fix?
