I help look after about 100 production severs and very much a Microsoft
shop, and we are just about to deploy Symantec V2i.
We will be using it to make complete and delta copies to a san or a big
scsi drive.
V2i allows for block level snapshots as well as images to be used for
server recovery
Then for archival needs we will use Veritas Backup Exec to do tape
copies.
