Norton antivirus live update configuration through isa server 2000

i m tried to enable the scheduled live update of norton antivirus through
ISA SERVER 2000 proxy but dont work
the manual live update through the proxy work well but the scheduled live
update dont work .
knowing that i m enabled the scheduled live update in the symantec
console (virus definition manager) and i m correctly configured the live
update setting (proxy IP and port )
who can give any idea ??
