We also have a similar issue.
Changed the machine name, but it doesn't seem to have take in effect
completely within ISA.

Recently, the machine name got changed. Meaning that the isa server
"tag" was now know as something different. It also doesn't see the
external ip address any more. Is there any way I can refresh the
interfaces in isa so that I can start publishing things again.
