New Prompt showing up

We started getting a new prompt for some users yesterday. Users are
setup as web proxy clients.
Prompt title;
Password Needed - Networking
Prompt contents;
Firewall: myisaserver/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Realm: ntlm
Scheme:
User name:
Password:
Anyone seen this? I manage our ISA and haven't made any changes, no one
else has access. I'm perplexed....
