Hi Tom,

Thanks for the heads-up on that article. However, there are some
problems with it:

1. Is fails to identify the locations of the of the client, the ISA
Server and the Exchange Server. Is the ISA Server and the Outlook client
behind the same ISA Serve? Is the Outlook client behind another ISA
Server and its accessing the Exchange Server via an Exchange RPC
publishing rule? Is the client directly connected to the Internet, and
the Exchange Server is published behind the problematic Exchange Server?

2. IN the MORE INFORMATION section they point out an article about
Server Publishing Rules, which makes me think the client and the
Exchange Server aren't behind the same ISA Server.

Finally, I have to say that regardless of these issues, its an excellent
article because it mentions www.isaserver.org at the bottom of the page!
:-)

HTH,
Tom
