Dear Thomas
I think there was a confusion in my statement, what i mean was that i am
using two internet browsers Internet Explorer and Netscape , internet
explorer is working and we are in a position to browse the sites, in case
of Netscape we are not in a position to connect the internet site, it just
gives the message waiting for reply but not connecting to site .
Do i need to set anything on isa server.
I am connecting thru Microsoft firewall client.

Hi Pai,
A protocol rule that allows access to the required protocol.
A Site and Content Rule that allows acccess to the required Site and
Content.

Hi Pai,
Configure the browser as a Web Proxy client, and make sure you have
protocol rule and a site and content rule that supports the connection.
