Netmeeting does not connect to gateway

From a Netmeeting machine with a public ip I have been using various ISA
gateways to call people behind ISA.
For some reason Netmeeting is no longer connecting to these machines any
longer. ( The icon does not show as connected). The machines are there
cos I can connect to them via terminal services and the gatekeepers are
running.
Any help appreciated
