Need to restore Proxy 2.0 settings to ISA Server

I was able to backup our Proxy 2.0 settings to the *.mpc file.  There
isn't any option or file type to restore this backed up Proxy 2.0 file to
my newly installed ISA Server.  The only option I see to restore from ISA
Server is the *.bif file.  Any ideas anyone?
