Need some info on bandwith sharing

Hi All,

Could somebody please advise me on how you how do you
share a 64k line between 3 protocols.

e.g i have a 64k line and i want to dedicate 85% to telnet and lpd
and the rest of the line(15%) must only be able to use imap,pop and smtp.

My routers are cisco, and i don't know how to do this.
