We are running a ISA 2004 server and this keeps reoccurring and stops
internet access, about twice a day now. Does anyone have tip or
solution?

The session setup to the Windows NT or Windows 2000 Domain Controller

RPC call from Netlogon on \\xxxxxxxx to \\yyyyyyy has been cancelled.
