If the client is not running the firewall client then you will need to create a protocol definition for the ports you need to (inbound and outbound). Allow all protocols only pass traffic for the "specified" protocols in a Secure Nat environment. I tried to connect with all protocols allowed. Connection failed. Support guy from TrackData said that I have to open tcp/9983 outbound and inbound to trackdata host. I tried publishing tcp/9983 from client. Connection failed. What should I do?
