Only by the use of 3rd party software like RainConnect or at the routers.

Subject: [isalist] Multiple ISP

http://www.ISAserver.org

Hello, I have a cybercafe and I want to implement ISA server, the problem
is that the connection with my ISP is very irregular, it is for that
reason that I have hired bills with two different ISP, I want to know if
it is possible to configure the ISA server so that it manages the bills of
both ISP simultaneously and to improve the band width additionally

Thanks
José Briceño
