Hi Ben, You do not need to have ISA 2000 running on the same box. You can back up the file from another machine that is currently running ISA 2000 and import that file to another machine. I'm having to replace the hard drive in my ISA server and my plan was to just install the new drive, load up the OS and ISA2004 and then copy whatever config/backup files from ISA2000 onto that box and restore those into ISA2004. Or am I better off restoring my existing ISA2000 install to the new hard drive, then upgrading in place to 2004? -Ben- Ben M. Make sure to test it in the lab or in a VM to make sure everything is correct, then port the config over to the 2004 box. Any suggestions welcomed.
