Then:
1. Stop and disable all ISA services
2. Disjoin the server from the domain (don't restart)
3. Shut down the box
4. Move it to the new domain / subnet
5. Restart the server
6. Join the new domain (allow restart)
7. Change this reg entry to reflect the new ISA domain context

[HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fpc\Arrays\{CurrentArrayGUID}\Server\{CurrentServer
GUID}]
    "msfpcFQDN"
8. Enable and restart the ISA services

Depends; is this a Standalone or Enterprise array-based ISA?

Can the Domain Membership of the ISA server be changed to migrate it into a
new Domain or do you have to build a new ISA server in the New Domain and
set it up the same?

Cheers
Anthony
