Try manually rebuilding the LAT.

That's not the problem. The complete browse-list of external IP addresses is
empty.

If memory serves you have to have the address in a client address set, or a
destination set. I remember having the same problem, and the published IP
must first be defined.

I added another NIC to an ISA box, and now, when I go in to set up a new
publishing rule, the list of external IP addresses is empty. If I manually
key in the address I want I get "The IP address is not defined on this
array".
 
What step did I miss?
