Hi

Firstly thanks for the reply

The install of 2000 went from hot fixes to SP1 then FP1 and SP2

The registry in the location you refer to with a key 'servicepack' with
value '1'. Then an SP1 subfolder with keys 'sp2version' value 365,
'spversion' value '166' and VPversion value '235

Then a number of number subfolders that are the MS hotfixes applied to
ISA

Please advise

William

Is this a straight ISA - SP@ install or is it a "stacked" install (ISA
-SP1-HF-HF-SP1)?
What do you find at:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Fpc\Hotfixes?
