Mail Download

HI,
I have PopCon V2.92 (POP mail Downloader) .I have exchange server 2000
behind ISA server 2004. My pop con is scheduled to download mails every
5 minutes (24 hours). It was working perfect 15 days back. Not what
happens is it starts downloading mails in the morning around 9:30 AM.
And then it keeps downloading. Again in the night it starts giving time
out. I m not able to figure out what to do.
PopCon is running on exchange machine
