MSN messenger problem...

Dear The one who willl reply,
My clients are having trouble opening MSN messenger, It is good in day
timings but it does make trouble in the night times. Is there any way so
that MSN messenger also start working in the night times. Make sure Speed is
always slow in the night times because of heavy traffic on the net.
