MSN Messenger voice\phone over ISA server

Dear all,
How can i allow my proxy users to use MSN messenger
voice/phone chat through the ISA server in integrated
mode.
I've only been able to use this MSN feature when i
used live ip from the ISP (bcos i'm not behind the
proxy/firewall probably). But my staff have only been
able to use this feature among themselves within the
intranet but have not been able to achieve the same
with people outside the intranet, that is outside the
ISA.
The instant messenger service is working fine though
only when i used the "client address set" instead of
usernames\groupnames when assigning permission to
internet usage.
Can anyone please help on this.
