MAC user

Hi,
I have ISA and installed Surf control software for Internet access. All my
user authenticate fine except a Mac user. Each time this person tries to open
IE5, a prompt comes up asking for username and password. When she goes to a
site like, yahoo her account gets locked. I keep unlocking her and she keeps
getting lock as soon as she opens a new page. I allow basic authentication.
Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
