Isa FireWall Client Not Responding

Hi Greg And Other Guys here i have very complicated problem my network is
expand to around 1Km now the problem is When i allow all protocols then
isa server client didnt respond on client side and it takes long time to
refresh and some times display message Isa server is Down or not
responding but when i select selected protocols then every thing works
fine.....any clue please help....
