Internal Webserer Publishing

Hi All,
I am using ISA 2000 sp1 (integrated mode) on a stand alone win2k server sp4. I
tried to publish the internal web server (web.mydomain.com) by following the
tutorial from isaserver.org, and I am unable to access the internal web server
from LAN using the public IP (not static IP) of my cisco router. My web server
is not in DMZ.
10061 - Connection refused
Internet Security and Acceleration Server
