Intergration with Exchange 2000

I have an Exchange 2000,which worked fine before I install ISA server on
the same machine. Right now I can access Internet but I cannot send a
message to outside. I cannot use OWA to check my email at both inside and
outside computer. What should I do to fix this issue?
