Instant Messaging question

I am running my ISASERVER in WEBPROXY mode...
How can I enable few internal users to use Yahoo or MSN IMs...
Heard that...new version of IMs can glance thru port 80 is it so??????
Having Tom's Configuring ISA SERVER 2000...no help...
Any help would be highly appreciated....
Do I need to make the ISA installation as Integrated mode and Firewall
installation required...Pls do advice????
