If you only have one NIC in your ISA box, I think you can only install in 
caching mode.  If you add another NIC you can install in integrated or firewall 
mode.  As far as the best mode, it depends on your current needs.  ISA makes a 
great firewall, I like to install in integrated mode, it leaves you many
