One thing I forgot to list that factored against changing web filters is
that I have had to manually configure a lot of URLs because of the nature of
business my client is in. They are an electronic parts distributor and many
of their customers or vendors sites are listed as Shopping, which that
category is blocked as normally it would be for a company site. I talked to
sales people at both Surf Control and Orange Box and neither of them could
offer any way of importing those URLs from Burstek.
