You need to get some basic TCP/IP information in your head before you
try to design a TCP/IP-based network; much less add a multi-homed
firewall to the mix.
Go read the article I linked you to.
Go read any one of literally hundreds of articles on the web:

Card-Routing

dear all,

i have only 3 Network Card installed on one PC, this PC have Win server
2000.

the First NIC, is connecting to Switch ( A) and Switch ( A) have our
Real Network, and have the following IP( 100.0..80.126 / 16 ) and GW(
100.0.0.25 ).

the 2 NIC connect to the Switch ( B) and switch ( B) have 4 PC's .

the Second Network Card have the following IP, ( 10.1.5.20 / 24) & GW (
100.0..80.126).

and all of the other 4 PC's, on the Switch ( B), and if we took one PC
as Example, it will have the following :-

( 10.1.5.3) & GW ( 10.1.5.20). which is the 2 NIC on the server.

so where is the things which you are saying its in the same Broadcast

                        Your design is flawed.
                        1. all of the "company #" NICs can see the same
router IP, so they're
clearly in the same broadcast subnet
                        2. since they're all in the same BCST subnet,
there is no gain in using
separate NICs or even separate subnets, for that
matter.
                        3. Since the subnets you chose are 10.1.x/24,
Windows will not allow you
to use a gateway outside the 10.1.x/24 subnet

Basically, you have some reading to do:
