Hi Greg, It's not a bug -- it's a feature. No fix. HTH, Tom www.isaserver.org/shinder Tom and Deb Shinder's Configuring ISA Server 2004 http://tinyurl.com/3xqb7 MVP -- ISA Firewalls -----Original Message----- From: Greg Mulholland [mailto:greg@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Sunday, April 17, 2005 7:27 PM To: [ISAserver.org Discussion List] Subject: [isalist] ISA-SQL logging http://www.ISAserver.org Anyone know of a workaround for the way ISA 2k4 firewall service breaks when you cant connect to the SQL log server. Why you ask! if I bounce the SQL box, maybe for patching or if its on another machine with a network in between that may have an issue, ISA breaks, but when the SQL box reappears the service has to be restarted manually. Anyone automated this?
