Sounds like your subnet and networks setup need some tweaking then. Some more detailed info might come in handy (subnets, IPs, etc). DHCP request and reply rules are setup, and DHCP internally works fine. For some reason IP detects a spoof attack from the source IP address when i connect if that helps any.
