ISA work only 4 or 5 hours

hello, i have the next problem:
i install isa server and work for 4 or 5 hours, after doesnt work, the clients
dont have access to internet but if i uninstall the isa server and i install
isa server again, the clients have access to internet.
i have windows 2000 server and service pack 2 for windows 2000.
before i had isa server over windows 2000 server and service pack 1 for windows
2000 and i never had this problem, but i dont know. the problem could be the
service pack???.
