ISA with ADSL uplink and Sattelite downlink

Hi All
I have a standalone ISA server ( Integrated )with two NICs, but the
probelm that I get
the uplink through a router then ADSL with a valid IP address, and
downlink though a decoder then Sattelite ( ShowNet )

How can I configure both links ?
