Hi Shobha,

Yes, but if you're not using dial up, I don't think this is the issue.
Are you publishing any DNS servers or any UDP protocol? Run Performance
Monitor and see how many unused UDP mappings you have (I think that's
what its called, I'll have to check if that's no it).

Tom

No Not at All.
How does ISA service reacts if there is a break in the network
connections. It should reestablish the session with the web server
automatically. Am I right?

Hi Shobha,

Is there anything in the Event Log or Firewall/Web Proxy/Packet Filter
logs that seems interesting?

Thanks!

Hi Shobha,

Are you using a dial up connection? If the connection drops, the rules
don't always come back.

Hi All

I had a problem today morning. We were not able to access the sites from
internet. We are using server publishing to publish secure sites. We
could
access it internally.ISA was listening on port 80 and 443. I could
telnet to
our internal web server from ISA using port 80 and 443. But web sites
were
not working. As a troubleshooting I restarted the web service and it
didn't
work. I restarted the ISA services and it started working immediately.
Has
anyone faced this problem or what would have caused it.
Appreciate your help.
thanks
