ISA server and IRC

Dear sirs and madams,
I have installed the ISA Server Enterpise edition in my Internet center. It is
installed as integrated mode - firewall and cache, but it is imposible to be
conncted to IRC chat rooms. I have checked the protocols and checked and listed
the IRC protocol 6667 but again its not allowing me to conncet to a IRC chat
rooms. Do you have any comments on this. I appreciate it very much.
