ISA running as cache only

Hi;
I am running ISA 2000 sp1 on a Win2003 server in intergraded mode but with
the firewall service stopped. We only want to use the server as a caching
server. Will ISA allow all traffic to pass thru it without any additional
configurations or only web traffic? I need traffic that uses ports 9100,
515, 1433 to name a few to pass thru this server to the router/outside
world. Thank you.
