ISA as gateway

Dear all
I have isa server, and i can configure it as a gateway by simply [Enabling
IP routing] in IP Packet Filters Properties when i connect my isa server
on internet via LAN, by doing this, i just give the isa server machine's
IP address in the node machines and every thing start working without any
further settings, BUT, when i connect my isa server on dialup, then about
configurations arn't works.
Waiting the reply that if about configurations works on LAN properly then
thats wrong when i comes on dialup?
