ISA array down please help

Hello,
Our ISA array consisting of two boxes is down. Neither the Web Proxy or
FW service will not start on either box. Checking the logs reveals this
message " The Microsoft Web Proxy Service terminated with server specific
error 2147942402." Everything else appears fine. Nothing changed on the
server to cause this, that I can determine.
