ISA Server performing domain controller role

Hello,
I have a Windows 2000 domain controller with a dial-up link to the
Internet, after install ISA Server in this computer, users at client
workstations (Windows 98) can't be authenticated when they try to make
logon in internal network, if the dial-up link to the Internet is active.
Please, what can I do to resolve this problem.
