ISA Server and IBM Client Access

Has anyone had success with getting IBM's client access (5250 emulator)
working with ISA? I got all the ports opened correctly and it is
communicating with the AS/400 but the problem I'm having now is the AS/400
disconnects the session. I've run a sniffer trace and found that the
TCP/IP window size is large with ISA running on W2K then it was with Proxy
2.0 on NT 4.
Do I need to mess with the MTU or something?
