ISA Server Setup

We have installed a Small Business Server 2000 serving as our File Sharing
& Exchange Server.  We would also like to configure ISA so we can
allow/deny certain users from getting to the internet.  We have installed
on it is one NIC.  My question is - Does ISA servers work with 2 x NIC or
would it work with one NIC?
