RE: ISA Server, FTP and RFC 959

If I connect via command prompt or with an FTP client it works.
But then I'm not using the Web Proxy Service (the one with the problem).
BTW I'm using IE 6.0

Not sure what he is talking about but there was an IE bug that caused IE
to send the wrong credtials.

Have you tried connecting via command prompt?
