ISA & SMS Network Monitor - Double Packets

Greetings,
 
On an ISA server which has the SMS Network Monitor application loaded and is 
doing a packet capture between an internal and external host shows duplicate 
packets - but only in one direction - independent if I am capturing on the 
external or internal interface.
 
Anyone seen this before?
