Yes, I have this same situation. I've tracked back to how the users are
logging into my local domain. Some use upper case, some use lower case.
ISA logs just report what they get from the client.

DOMAIN\USERNAME DOMAIN\username
I hope all users wrote by capital letter. what do i configure??
