Is the CPU hitting 100% constantly? If so check your active tasks, may be
your DAILYSUM or REPGEN task got hung.

My ISA server is pegging the proc and my W3Proxy is 140 meg and still
climbing. I have updated the ISA box with the hotfix but still have
problems!! HELP!! Any ideas would be appreciated
